Wendy is a loveable grandma. She has always been there for her daughter Susan, and now granddaughter Frankie. Wendy lead a fantastic life, meeting her husband Jack in high school and being with him ever since. She bought an old office building and transformed it into a upmarket cafe, with the help of her family. She is a very open woman, however she mostly helps other people with their problems and doesn't bother much with her own. She brings joy and happiness to Digital Lane, and the residents have massive respect for her.
Since her debut, Wendy has brought light relief to the show. She has been involved in storylines such as Frankie's affair with Daniel and her husband's death.

Frankie is an out-going and friendly girl, who loves getting into trouble as much as the next teenager. She is gullible and believes what every guy tells her, which is probably why she's usually left broken hearted.
Frankie had an illicit affair with her mother's fiancee Daniel, resulting in her being thrown out when Frankie came out with the truth. She arrived on Digital Lane and was immediately taken in by her grandparents. She turned the males heads on Digital Lane, much to the women's displeasure. She loves to get herself involved in sticky situations, but hates having to face up to the consequences. Frankie would do anything to have a simple life, however she knows that's never going to happen.
Since her debut, Frankie has been involved in many high profile stories, such as: The Digital Lane Strangler, her problematic relationship with Drew Ross, her affair with Daniel Taylor, her grandfather's death and the Digital Lane Riots buildup. She had a drugs scare in August 2014 and since then has calmed down her actions.

Aaron is a genuine and nice guy, always willing to protect his loved ones. He hasn't properly seen his great uncle Jack and great aunt Wendy in years, however he still remained close to them as a child following his mother's death.
When he was just six years old, Aaron was involved in a tragic car crash with his mother and father. His mother tragically passed away as a result of the crash, leaving Aaron alone with his father. His father attempted to cope with him, but couldn't as he was far too distressed following his wife's death. He went to live with Wendy and Jack, joining the army at the fragile age of 16 and working his way up the ranks.
